Tube Augers
Honeyville Bin Unloading Augers and Distributing Augers are available in various sizes and configurations. Whether you are moving dry feed or wet corn, Honeyville Tube Augers provide many options to move your grain products. We also offer a tube type auger in 13″, 15″, and 17″ for special applications.
Bin Unloading Auger Features Include:
- All Galvanized construction, G-90 tubing, hot dip galvanized weldments
- Auger power head and screw portion may be moved from bin to bin by removing flange bolts
- Top design motor mounts with NEMA frame sizes 143, 145, 182, 184, 213, and 215 motor plates
- Totally enclosed belt guard assembly
- Primary bin well hopper with pivot anchor for bin sweep
- Optional intermediate thru-hopper for larger bins
- Optional 25° incline transition with shaft mounted u-joint for connecting screws
- This option elevates the discharge head to easily feed into a transport auger
- Available in the following tubing diameters: 6″ (900 BPH), 8″ (2,000 BPH), and 10″ (3,000 BPH)
Distributing Auger Features Include:
- All Galvanized construction, G-90 tubing, hot dip galvanized weldments
- Top design motor mounts with NEMA frame sizes 143, 145, 182, 184, 213, and 215 motor plates
- Totally enclosed belt guard assembly
- Horizontal and incline clamp on hoppers with optional lay on covers
- Intermediate discharge with slide gate and outlet transitions
- All components clamp together onto auger tubing eliminating the need for welding
- Available in the following tubing diameters: 4″ (380 BPH), 6″ (900 BPH), and 8″ (2,000 BPH)
